LEGAL NOTICE

The City of Terre Haute is seeking public commentary on the City's Community Development Consolidated Annual Plan (CONPLAN) for FY 2024. Recommendations and suggestions will be accepted until January 2, 2024. However, the City is encouraging citizens to submit comments at their earliest convenience.

The Consolidated Plan examines community needs and issues in Terre Haute, especially as they relate to low/mod-income households and special needs population. A heavy emphasis is placed on the development of local public/private partnerships, enhanced communications, program coordination, operational efficiency, infrastructure, building & housing rehabilitation, homeownership stimulation, rental opportunities, community and economic development. This document contains sections on public/private funding sources.

Copies of the proposed Consolidated Plan Summary are available for public review during regular business hours, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, at the Department of Redevelopment office, 900 Wabash Avenue, Suite 201, Terre Haute, Indiana, 47807. Public comments regarding the Annual Consolidated Plan should be sent to the Department of Redevelopment at the above address.
